These terms are the agreement between you and ThirdPlan (“ThirdPlan,” “we,” “us”). ThirdPlan is an invite-only platform for curated, in-person social gatherings - dinners, salons, tastings, workouts and art nights. By creating an account, reserving a seat, or otherwise using ThirdPlan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ThirdPlan.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Membership is personal to you: you may browse gatherings without an account, but reserving a seat requires an account and a redeemed invite code. Everything you tell us - on your application, in your profile, and at the table - must be truthful. You may not create an account for anyone else, share your account, or transfer a seat to another person without our approval.
ThirdPlan is invite-only. Access is granted at our discretion, either by approving an application or by your redeeming an invite code from an existing member. Invite codes are personal, may be limited in how many times they can be used, and may be revoked. We may pause, decline, or end a membership at any time - most often for a breach of these terms, repeated no-shows, or conduct that makes a gathering worse for the people at it.
You may cancel a confirmed seat for a full refund up to 72 hoursbefore the gathering starts. Inside that window the seat is non-refundable: the table, the food and the curator's work are already committed. If we cancel a gathering, or change it materially, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.
The exact venue is revealed to confirmed guests shortly before the gathering - please keep it to yourself. Show up on time, or let us know as early as you can. You are responsible for your own conduct and for anything you consume. Where alcohol is served it is for guests of legal drinking age, and you are never expected to drink. Curators and venues may set reasonable house rules; follow them. Repeated no-shows may cost you your membership.
ThirdPlan exists so people can meet each other properly. That only works if everyone is safe and respected, online and in person.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not:
You can report a person or a piece of content to us at any time at support@thirdplan.ai or through the support page. We review every report we receive, normally within 24 hours, and we may remove content, remove someone from a gathering, or end a membership - without refund and without notice where the situation calls for it. Serious matters are referred to the authorities.
You keep ownership of what you post - your profile, your photos, your feedback. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and promote ThirdPlan. Feedback about a curator may be shown on their profile, attributed as you chose when you submitted it. Only post content you have the right to post. We may remove anything that breaches these terms.
Curators design and host gatherings and are responsible for what they promise. Where a curator earns a share of seat revenue, it is paid after the gathering has taken place and attendance is settled, on the terms agreed with them. Curators must follow these terms and the community standards above, and must not collect payment for a ThirdPlan seat outside the platform.
Keep your phone number and account secure - anyone who can receive your sign-in code can reach your account. You can pause your membership, or permanently delete your account and personal data, from Edit Profile in the app; deletion is immediate and irreversible, and is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of ThirdPlan, including individual gatherings. We aim to give notice where we reasonably can. ThirdPlan is provided “as is”: we do not promise that a gathering will meet every expectation, or that any particular person will be at your table.
ThirdPlan introduces people and arranges gatherings; we do not supervise what happens between guests, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any member, curator or venue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to ThirdPlan is limited to the amount you paid us for the gathering the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above; where the change is material we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use ThirdPlan after a change means you accept it.
