How do I get in?

ThirdPlan is invite-only. You can apply in the app or use an invite code from a member. Your profile helps us match you with people and gatherings that share a similar social vibe.

How do I sign in?

Use your phone number. We'll text you a 6-digit code - no password needed.

How do reservations and payments work?

Choose a gathering, reserve your seat, and pay securely through Stripe. Confirming your seat unlocks the exact venue right away - it's in your confirmation email and in My Plans. Need to cancel? Request a refund up to 72 hours before and the host will review it.

How do I edit my profile or notifications?

Go to your Profile tab and tap Edit. You can update your photo, bio, interests, availability, and notifications there.

How do I pause or delete my account?

Both live in Edit Profile. Pause is reversible - your seat history stays and you can resume any time. Delete is permanent: tap Delete account, confirm, and your profile and personal data are erased right away.
